In this respect you may not, without limitation use any of these Services in any deceitful way, submit or post to the Site or expose any third party to material which infringe any third party's intellectual property rights or violate the rights of any third party, is offensive, defamatory, racist, pornographic, illegal, harmful to minors, indecent or otherwise, in MyWidz's sole discretion, is objectionable. Furthermore, you may not submit or publish any material that solicit funds or services, or include programs that contain viruses or any other programs designed to impair the functionality of any computer and you may not use any of the Services in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair any MyWidz server, or the network(s) connected to any MyWidz server, or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of the Services.

MyWidz is constantly innovating in order to provide the best possible experience for its users. You acknowledge and agree that the form and nature of the Services which MyWidz provides may change from time to time without prior notice to you. As part of this continuing innovation, you acknowledge and agree that MyWidz may stop (permanently or temporarily) providing the Services (or any features within the Services) to you or to users generally at MyWidz's sole discretion, without prior notice to you. You may stop using the Services at any time. You do not need to specifically inform MyWidz when you stop using the Services. You acknowledge and agree that if MyWidz disables access to your account, you may be prevented from accessing the Services, your account details or any files or other content which is contained in your account.

Materials sent to us:

All your personal data (first name, last name, e-mail address, etc.) provided to MyWidz will be processed in compliance with our privacy policy. All information, ideas, images, photographs, music and in general material sent to MyWidz in relation to these Services will be considered non confidential and for free use of MyWidz. By sending said material you assign to MyWidz the right to use any of such information, ideas and material without any obligation for MyWidz to acknowledge receipt or make reference or advertisement of your submission and to pay any compensation. You warrant that the material sent to MyWidz does not infringe any third party's right or any law in force and you remain responsible for the contents of the material and will hold MyWidz harmless from and against any and all claims damages, losses, costs and expenses including the attorneys fees and court costs, arising from or related to such material submitted or mailed.

Disclosure of information:

MyWidz reserves the right at all times to disclose any information as MyWidz deems necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request, or to edit, refuse to post or to remove or restrict any information or materials, in whole or in part, in MyWidz's sole discretion.

No warranties:

MyWidz does not make any express warranty regarding the Services and disclaim any implied warranty, including any warranty of merchantability, satisfactory quality, or fitness for a particular purpose; however MyWidz shall endeavor to provide the Services with minimum disruptions. We advice you that these services may display mistakes or incorrect information and may be modified or updated by in its sole discretion, at any time and without previous notice. As well please remember that any information circulating over the Internet cannot be considered 100% secure and these Services may not work or it may contain viruses or damaging elements. MyWidz will not be liable for any disruption, delays, eavesdropping or other omissions in the Services.

No liabilities:

MyWidz, its employees, officers, directors and shareholders, make no representations and warranties of any kind, express or implied, with respect to this Services or any of its information, elements, software and material in general and expressly disclaim any responsibility in relation thereto. They cannot be considered liable and responsible for any and all damages, of any kind, direct or indirect, arising out of or in connection with the use of these Services or with material contained in these Services. MyWidz, its employees, officers, directors and shareholders, cannot be responsible for the contents or security, or for viruses or other negative consequences arising out of the Services.

Applicable law and disputes By using these Services you fully agree to the jurisdiction of Swedish laws and that any dispute arising out of your use of any of these Services shall be resolved exclusively by the competent Court of Stockholm - Sweden.
