About MyWidz...

The Mywidz Service is a mobile service that gives mobile users worldwide the power to collect, share and create mobile applications, independent of subscription, phone brand or nationality.

The background:

Some years ago we saw a way to get more and better mobile content by letting everyone create their own mobile applications and share them with their friends. Based on these ideas MyWidz was started and these ideas are still the core in what we do. We try our best to make the MyWidz everyone wants, but we need your help to make this happen. A lot of what you see and like in MyWidz today is based on the feedback we´ve got from friends, users and partners in the past, but we need even more. What makes us different...

MyWidz is built from top to bottom to combine ease of use on the outside with advanced functionality on the inside. We believe the "killer app" of the mobile phone is not a single application, rather a unique combination of applications, unique for each and every one of the 1.5 billion individuals in the world that own a mobile phone.

Services:

MyWidz is a free service. It is and will continue to be independent to cellular operators and mobile device manufacturers since this is how we believe cellular services should be.

MyWidz is financed by ads. We do our best to make the ads non obtrusive and relevant which is even more important in the mobile phone than on your PC. We are convinced that this is good both for you if you are a user/creator and also if you represent a business that wants to advertise with us.
